LAGOS-BASED firm, Briscoe Properties Limited (BPL), has finally launched its maiden residential development known as Aloe Vera Court, to increase the housing stock in the country.
The estate situated in one of the serene and exclusive area of Maryland, Lagos Mainland, offers convenient accessibility to Lagos Island via the Third Mainland Bridge, Ikeja, and Ikorodu Road, including the local and international airports. Construction commenced in earnest last year April 2008 and completion was achieved last month.
