Disney Court unfolds promotional prices

WITH the threat of global economic melt down on Nigerian real estate market, developers have initiated fresh means of attracting prospective buyers to their housing stocks through sales discounts.

Among the firms offering the discounts on its real estate portfolio is the duo of Disney Court Limited and Cacif Properties Limited, promoting Disney Court, located in the Lekki Phase 1. The firm is offering a 12 per cent sales discount.

Partners in the development are Siemens Automation and Drives UK are the Smart home technology providers. The Smart home provides integrated security system. Zenith Bank Plc is partly financing the project.

It is a comprehensive new campaign that offers lifestyle homes in an exclusive serviced estate with state-of-the-art facilities. The categories of houses include a three-bedroom and four bedroom terrace houses, four-bedroom penthouses, and four and five bedroom detached houses. Some of the units at the estate are now at roofing level, while work has reached appreciable level.

Each unit will be installed with a 5Kva inverter to ensure seamless changeover of power source. Social activities within the estate will gravitate towards the Clubhouse that will have swimming pool, gymnasium/sauna/spa, laundry services, grocery, private cinema, car hire service, and music room and conference hall.

Promotional prices include the three B/R Terrace N69 million, 4B/R Penthouse N69 million, 4B/R Terrace N75 and the upgrade at N85 million, 4B/R Detached N140m and the 5-bedroom detached has a price tag of N160 million. This promotional price is for the first 20 units. The estimated minimum rental income from a unit in the estate is put at $50,000.

The Managing Director of Disney Court Limited, Mr. Ken Omamogho said that each unit of the automated home will be exquisitely finished and equipped with Smart home system and luxury items. "There will be dedicated transformer and two standby generators of appropriate capacity will be provided for the common use of the estate."
